Refund policy

At MCLB® MeechyClub, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

• Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
• Order Updates: If you notice an error in your shipping information, you must contact us immediately before your order is processed and shipped. Once your order has left our facility, we are unable to make changes or issue refunds.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution (replacement or store credit, if applicable).
